- 01Wind survival loadsIn the stow position, a tracker must hold its array against gust loads for days. The drive train, not the brake, is the last structural element in the load path.
- 02Remote, unattended sitesA tracker field may contain thousands of drives with no maintenance crew on site. Any component that needs periodic service becomes a recurring cost across the whole plant.
- 03Extreme ambient conditionsDesert installations combine 50 °C ambient, abrasive dust, high UV exposure and large day-night temperature swings that stress seals and lubricants.

Multi-stage planetary slewing drives
The YF-PLG090 multi-stage gearbox provides 100:1 reduction with high output stiffness, verified against tracker wind-load cases in stow and tracking positions.
S-02
Maintenance-free sealing
IP66 housings, lifetime synthetic lubrication and double-lip shaft seals remove scheduled servicing from the tracker drive for the plant design life.
S-03
Efficient BLDC actuation
Paired with the Y97BL09-2423-J776 brushless slewing gear motor, the drive tracks the sun at low average current, keeping the field power budget and cable sizing manageable.
