The manufacturing base completed its annual IATF 16949 surveillance audit, covering winding, gear cutting, assembly and end-of-line testing, with no major nonconformities.
The Wuxi manufacturing base of JIANGNAN YIFAN MOTOR CO., LTD has completed its annual IATF 16949 surveillance audit with no major nonconformities recorded. The audit scope covered stator winding, gear cutting and grinding, sub-assembly, final assembly and end-of-line testing.
What the certification covers
- Incoming inspection of magnetic material, copper wire and gear steel
- Statistical process control on winding resistance and gear tooth profile
- Every-unit end-of-line testing: no-load current, hi-pot, torque and speed
- Full batch traceability from raw material to shipped serial number
