Our photovoltaic drive team is presenting multi-stage planetary slewing drives and IP66 BLDC gear motors engineered for wind-survival loads and maintenance-free desert operation.
Yifan Motor is exhibiting at the Solar Tracker & BOS Technology Summit 2026. The stand focuses on the drive train of a single-axis tracker: the slewing gearbox, the actuation motor, the controller and the sealing system that keeps all three running for twenty years without service.

- YF-PLG090 multi-stage planetary gearbox, 100:1 ratio, 180 N·m rated output
- YF-BLDC60 planetary gear motor, IP65, 88% efficiency at the tracking point
- YF-DRV24 sealed controller with wind-stow logic and current monitoring
- Cutaway housing showing the double-lip seal and lifetime lubrication arrangement
Technical sessions
Our application engineers present measured data on stow-position holding torque under gust loading, and on lubricant selection across a -25 °C to +60 °C ambient range. Visitors are welcome to bring tracker load cases for review at the stand.
