Quality is controlled at every stage: incoming inspection of steel, magnets, bearings and electronic components, first-article verification for machined parts, in-process checks on gear staging, press fit and fastening torque, and 100 percent in-line testing of finished units for speed, current, torque, noise, temperature rise and insulation resistance. Each batch carries a serial-number traceability record, and customers can request a certificate of conformity, material certificates, test reports or third-party inspection before shipment.
