Rapid Prototyping in 7 to 10 Days

For development programs we produce functional prototypes of customized gear motors within 7 to 10 working days. The service includes machining of custom shafts and flanges, gear set modification, brake and encoder integration, harness and connector assembly, and full performance testing on our dynamometer bench. Each prototype is delivered with measured speed-torque curves, no-load current, noise level, temperature rise and backlash data, so your design verification can be signed off before tooling investment.
